How do I set up my Affiliate Website?

To set up your Affiliate Website:

- On the Home page, click on the AFFILIATE link.
- Scroll down and click the View Website link.
- Enter your prefix for your Affiliate Website (end result will be
- Enter your social media links (optional)
- Click Save Affiliate Website.

You can immediately open a new window or browser and enter your url to see your Affiliate Website.

How do I change the contact information appearing on my websites?

To change or edit your contact information:

  • Click on My Account (top right corner)
  • Click Edit
  • Click on the tab of the information you would like to change

Your information will appear on your website exactly as you have entered it. For example, your phone number will appear in the format you enter (866) 809-8033 or 866-809-8033 or 866.809.8033

I entered my biography and social media links. Why aren't they showing up on my marketing website?

Likely, you have entered your biography and social media links under the Affiliate Website section instead of the Marketing Websites section.

  • Click the Integration menu item.
  • The first section is 'Pre-built Websites.' Click the link to 'View Websites.'
  • Find your website and hover over the gear > choose Edit.
  • Near the top of this page, you'll find a link that says 'To update your website prefix or default Marketing Website Customization, click HERE.' > Click the 'HERE' link.
  • Fill in the appropriate data and click 'Save Marketing Site' once complete.
  • You should now see your biography and social media links on your marketing websites.

How do I import leads?

You can import leads from your smartphone, email, social media, and other personal sources. Export your contacts into a CSV file and save on your computer. Then you will follow the step-by-step directions in our Contact Import Wizard. (You can also import a list from any spreadsheet, just do a "save as" and save in the CSV format.)

How do I purchase the additional Marketing Websites?

These websites are no longer available at this time, however we may bring them back in the future. Those who have already purchased the websites will not lose them and they will continue to be supported.

They will show you how to use these technologies to put together an internet marketing strategy for your business that will help your business generate multiple automated lead streams that convert to customers.

How does the trial work?

You will submit your credit card information at the time of purchase and be charged for $1 for 14-day access to the product. After those 14 days, your card will be charged based on the subscription you choose. You can always change subscription levels at any time.

How do I purchase a Membership?

Under the "Pricing" tab, you will see the three membership levels presented. Choose the membership that is right for you and click on the corresponding icon.

2 Levels of Membership

  • Professional - $39.99/month (with 14-day trial for $1)
  • Premier - $59.99/month (with 14-day trial for $1)

What is the difference between the Professional and Premier Memberships?

Both memberships have all of the main features and functionality you will need to successfully run your business.

Some of the features only available with Premier:

  • Premier allows you to have up to 10,000 contacts in your database (vs 5,000 for Pro)
  • You can transfer leads to another LeadOutcome subscriber on your team
  • You can host your Marketing Websites (Get New Patients, Get New Clients, etc.) on your own domain.

Can I purchase a Marketing Website without a LeadOutcome membership?

No. The Marketing Websites are built on top of LeadOutcome. You must purchase a membership if you wish to use a marketing website.

How do I change or upgrade my membership?

You can change or upgrade your membership at any time. On your Dashboard, you should find a link to 'Upgrade Now' if your current subscription type is Basic or Professional.

Additionally, if you try to access any tools that aren't available in your current membership, you'll find an upgrade link where you can upgrade your subscription type.

You can also click here to add the new membership type to your cart. Upon check-out, you'll get another 14-day trial period with your upgraded membership.

Can I get a refund for my subscription?

All of our memberships and monthly subscriptions come with a one month free trial and can be cancelled at any time. We do not offer refunds for previous months or for unused portions of your subscription.

How does the LeadOutcome system compare to other similar systems?

How do we compare to other email system such as Constant Contact, iContact, Sendpepper, Office Autopilot, aWeber, etc.?

There is no comparison really. There is no other email marketing platform with the range of features and benefits that LeadOutcome has now and will have in the near future.

  • It is an email marketing platform with the “best of class” email marketing and tracking features built in.
  • It features a CRM with features similar to Sugar CRM.
  • It has lead tracking and scoring features similar to Marketo.

Can I have my own custom domain?

Yes, this option is available with the Premier Membership. Custom domains are currently used for Marketing Websites and we will be expanding this feature to Landing Pages in the near future.

How do I setup a custom domain?

To setup a custom domain, follow these steps:

  1. Buy a domain from your favorite Registrar. (i.e. yahoo, godaddy, etc..)
  2. Create a DNS A record that points to the IP address (If you do not know how to do this, call your registrar's technical support team and ask them to do this for you. NOTE it can take several hours before the new IP address is visible on the internet)
  3. Send an email to with a request for a custom domain and include your custom domain in the email. We will set it up for you and email you back as soon as it is done.
  4. *Custom Domains are available to Premier Members only.

Do custom domains just forward to the subdomain?

It is not a forward. You will register the domain and create a DNS 'A' record that will point to our IP address.

How will my custom domain affect my 1-Click Emails?

There are links within the pre-written 1-Click emails that were designed to go to the standard prefix based domains (eg: If you have a custom domain and are using one of the pre-written emails, you will need to change the links to go to your custom domain url.

To change the links:

  • Go to the email and click the Edit button
  • Right click on the text that is hyperlinked
  • Click on Edit Link
  • Enter the URL for your custom domain in the URL field and save
  • Click "Finish" in the email editor. (We always recommend sending a test email to yourself to verify that your link works!)
Can I purchase an email list and do a mass email campaign?

No, you may not purchase email lists of any sort and upload them into this system for a mass email campaign.

You are permitted to send out emails to contacts, individual prospects, and customers who have given you explicit permission.

How are lead scores calculated?

Certain lead activities will increase the score for that lead. The following list shows the activities and associated point value:

  • Filled out Contact Info - 20 pts
  • Campaign Email sent - 5 pts
  • Campaign Email opened - 10 pts
  • Started Video - 10 pts
  • Finished Video - 40 pts (for a total of 50 if they watch an entire video)
  • Revisit Website - 25 pts
  • Visited a page - 10 pts

The total score is decreased by 10% every week of inactivity to prevent stale leads from retaining a high score.

​Can I promote the LeadOutcome system to my clients, other marketers, and small businesses?

Yes, and if you refer LeadOutcome to others, you will receive a referral commission for every month that your referral remains an active member. Use your LeadOutcome Affiliate Website and emails for that purpose.

We also offer Affiliate Campaign Kits which you can find in the Marketplace. Use these done-for-you sales funnels to promote LeadOutcome.

How much will I get paid for a Professional or Premier Membership Sale?

We pay out the following for each membership

$22.50 / mo for Premier Membership $15.00 / mo for Pro Membership
*Note:  You must have the Premier membership in order to receive the commission.

What requirements must be met in order to receive residual commissions for the Professional and Premier Membership?

In order to receive the Affiliate residual commissions, you must have the same or higher membership, and payment for your membership must be current and in good standing.

How do I cancel my LeadOutcome membership subscription?

To cancel your LeadOutcome Membership, please log into your account and click on the My Account tab at the top right.

On this page to the far right, you'll find a 'Cancel' link:

If I cancel my subscription and decide to come back later, can I get the same pricing I have now?

Once you have cancelled a monthly subscription for any service, you will be subject to the current pricing of that service if you decide to repurchase.

How can I find my Affiliate ID?
Your Affiliate ID is the number that appears in your AccountID on the Dashboard and in My Account.

For example, if you see on your dashboard account-12345, then your AffiliateID is 12345.
What are LeadOutcome's support hours?

Our support is available between 9a EST and 5p EST. We do not currently have weekend support, however we do have systems in place to monitor the performance of the system and ensure that there are no issues over the weekend.

How does the Campaign Kit free trial work?

When you purchase a Campaign Kit that has a free trial period, you get 30 days before your card is charged. You are required to enter your credit card information during checkout because Campaign Kits are a subscription product billed on a monthly basis. We will not charge the card until the free trial period is over.

If you cancel the Campaign Kit subscription before your trial period is over, your card will not be charged.

How do I get a Wix lead capture form to redirect to a new tab?
When you put a LeadOutcome Lead Capture Form on a Wix site, your redirect will happen within an iFrame (that is the default action for Wix).  You will likely want to have your redirect open in a new tab.  To do this you will need to manually edit the HTML code.  Don't worry, it's super easy.  Just follow these directions:

1.  Within your Wix account, click on Edit Site for your page
2.  Click on the Lead Capture Form, and the HTML Settings will pop up
3.  Do a search for the word "capture" and find this piece of code...

4.  Between the first two words, "form" and "class", add this piece of code...
So the end result looks like this (the edit shown in red for emphasis only)...
